Simply browse our website and find the dress you love. Select your preferred color and size, then click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an item has entered production (especially custom-sized orders), changes may not be possible.

Yes! We offer custom sizing on most of our dresses. During checkout, you can select "Custom Size" and enter your measurements (Bust, Waist, Hips, Height with shoes, and Hollow to Floor). Please measure carefully or have a professional tailor take your measurements for the best fit.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

Yes, we offer an expedited shipping option at checkout. Expedited shipping typically delivers within 3-5 business days after the item has been dispatched. Please note that the expedited option only accelerates the shipping portion; the production/tailoring time remains the same.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of standard-size dresses within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. Custom-size dresses are non-returnable unless there is a quality defect. Please see our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back. Please use a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Due to the nature of our made-to-order production, direct exchanges are not available. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the size or color you prefer. Our customer service team is happy to assist you throughout the process.
